Seal Coating.
Complete Parking Lot Painting & Maintenance provides asphalt, pavement and blacktop sealing in the Salt Lake area. We are certified, professional applicators of premium products and have over 15 years of experience. We also use only 100 percent asphalt emulsion, which is environmentally conscious and friendly.
Our sealing process involves two steps:
We apply the product by hand around any sensitive areas (garage doors, Belgian blocks, etc.)
Using blocker boards we then machine spray a heavy coating down the middle of the driveway.
Because of this process the amount of sealer we can put down on the pavement is second to none. You will be left with a beautiful, consistent finish without brush marks.

Originally raised in Detroit, Michigan, Chris learned the trade from his father (who also was in the parking lot maintenance industry) from a young age. Later Chris officially joined his father, and became his business partner. He has years of experience thanks to all of this. He loves the industry and even now takes great care to stay informed on the newest trends and technology. The best part of his job is having a happy customer, and he goes above and beyond to make that happen.

Originally from Champaign, Illinois, Melody is dedicated to the challenge a new business demands. She enjoys the opportunity to make new relationship connections and friendships. Over the years, she’ and Chris have worked together in several businesses.
